Billing and plans
Billing applies to the hosted control plane. A self-hosted controller has no plan and no limits.

What counts as a host
A host is one enrolled agent. A host stops counting when you revoke it in the dashboard.
Upgrade and manage
A workspace admin upgrades from the workspace settings page. On the paid plan, use Manage billing on the same page to change the number of hosts. The minimum is 3 hosts, which the base price covers.
On the free plan, enrolling a second host or a second scope fails with a message that names the plan limit.
